We consider empty profiles, "Lurker profiles" and we will remove them as we care about the privacy and safety of our other members!
One, clear, unobstructed photo of both of you must remain in the "Member card" photo area. NO ONE can see this area of the profile except for Friction staff.
If you keep removing your profile, and reapplying multiple times, you will not get approved again!

We spend a lot of time and money on this site to make it an amazing social experience for our members, as well as to offer OUR events to our members for an exceptional party experience!
- Please be polite and kind to everyone! NO negative posts or demeaning of others or you will be removed from the site. NO political post at all! This is a site for love and positivity, not division! Go to Facebook with your political rants
NO ENTRY TO THE HOTEL OR THE EVENT TIME NOTED IN THE AD FOR THAT EVENT!! NO EXCEPTIONS. THE HOTEL DOORS WILL BE LOCKED AND SECURITY WILL NOT LET YOU IN EVEN IF YOU PRE PAID!! If you have to come later for any reason, you must contact us to get your name to our security.
Please do NOT bring friends with you at the door who are not registered members on our site! Do NOT pre pay for anyone not a registered member! NO WALK INS even if they are with you! If they don't want to register on our site for an account, then they can't attend! NO exceptions! If they apply and are not accepted, do NOT bring them. Please do not email us and ask us to accept/approve someone who has applied or who has been denied! We will not give you information on anyone else and our decisions are final!
FRICTION PARTIES RULES FOR EVENTS:
Our hotels are nice, upscale hotels and all have liquor license! You can NOT bring your own alcohol into any area where they sell drinks! We have security to enforce this as per our contracts with corporate. Anyone that argues or gives our security a hard time, will be removed ASAP with no refund! They respect our members, and we expect you to respect them too! We have no tolerance for anyone who does not abide by this!
NO FOG MACHINES, SMOKING, VAPING OR CANDLES ALLOWED ON PREMISE DUE TO FIRE CODES. ANY VIOLATORS, WILL BE FINED AND REMOVED FROM HOTEL AND PERMANENTLY BANNED FROM FRICTION EVENTS IN THE FUTURE!
- You must show up and stay as a couple. You will not be able to enter event even if you pre paid if both partners are not present. You must stay together as a couple at the party and after party. We will NOT take the excuse that "she is in the car" or "she is arriving later". If your female partner retires for the night, then you must end your night as well. You must be on our guest list, (Friction RSVP not other sites) to attend all events whether you are pre paying or paying at the door. We have security guards all night so you must be checked in by midnight or security will turn you away after the check in desk closes! Please don't expect to walk in or show up after midnight and think you can enter and stay and party for the after parties. Anyone doing so will be permanently banned from future events.
- Hotel Rules & Policies - Strictly enforced and no exceptions!
- You are not & never required to purchase a hotel room to attend the party, But if you do, you must pay and attend the Main party in the ballroom and purchase a Friction event wristband. You will need a wristband on at all times on our private floors and in the hotel! No excuses. If you "lose it", you will have to buy another one! We have hired an extra security now for all parties to check all night long for party wristbands on our private floors. They are hired to walk the private floors exclusively.
- Friction Parties ADHERES TO ALL LCB/ABC-ABRA REGULATIONS.
- DRUGS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED! NO 420 USE IN THE HOTEL OR IN HOTEL ROOMS! ANY VIOLENT BEHAVIOR OF ANY KIND, WILL HAVE YOU IMMEDIATELY REMOVED AND SUBJECT TO ARREST! ANYONE COMPROMISING OUR RELATIONSHIP WITH THE HOTEL BY VIOLATING THESE RULES, WILL BE SUBJECT TO ARREST AND PERMANENTLY BANNED FROM ALL FUTURE EVENTS!
- NO cameras, cell phone camera's or recording devices are permitted for use in the ballroom (Main events). You will be removed if caught recording anyone. You can step outside and take pics at our Step and Repeat.
- Overly intoxicated guests will be asked to leave the party area or will be denied entrance.
- Please wear a wrap or cover up from your hotel room down the Main party area of the hotel and at all times in Public areas. A coat rack will be provided. You can not be nude or naked in the main public area's where hotel staff are.
- Please do not leave excessive trash in rooms or hallways of our private floors and you will be charged an extra fee for this by hotel. Anyone destroying hotel property will never be permitted back to future Friction Events!
- Do not bring your alcohol or your own cups with alcohol down to the Main Party. It will be thrown out unless its a BYOB event.
- Friction Parties are drug free Events and we reserve the right to have anyone who is in possession of any Illegal drugs to be removed without refund or warning. This is for the safety of all in attendance. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
- We supply late night hot pizza for all members at most events. PLEASE DO NOT take entire or whole Pizza's that we supply at 12 AM for everyone! Everyone needs to be able to enjoy them & we do NOT allow people to take entire pizza boxes to their rooms!
- PLEASE DO NOT remove any of our lighting/decor (table top candles included), pool or up-lighting as this IS FRICTION property & will be consider theft! We have had issues in the past & now have security guards, camera's & Friction “regulars” watching out for our property! You will be removed from hotel property without refund and banned from all future Friction events!
- You MUST CANCEL ROOM RESERVATIONS WITHIN THE TIME FRAME LISTED FOR THAT SPECIFIC IN THE AD FOR THE EVENT, OR YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR THE STAY. Anyone doing a chargeback to their credit card for their hotel rooms for canceled rooms after the "NO CANCEL" date, will not be allowed back to future events? NO EXCEPTIONS
RESPECT OUR SECURITY GUARDS AT ALL TIMES! THEY ARE OUR STAFF AND ENFORCING RULES BY HOTEL AND/OR US! Not doing so will get you removed and banned from future events!
Refund Policy: No refunds, only credits for a future event. Credits are provided within the time listed on your ticket type purchase. ALL SALES/CREDITS are final after that date. Tickets are non-transferable! NO CREDIT WILL BE OFFERED The day of the event or for no-shows. Credits are only good for 12 months! We will issue you a credit back to our account/profile to use on a future event, but if you do not show up again, your credit is forfeited. We are getting too many people making requests for 2, 3 and 4 transfers and it is getting very time consuming. YOU CAN USE YOUR CREDIT IN ANY CITY THAT WE DO EVENTS IN, NOT JUST THE CITY THAT YOU PURCHASE IT IN. Good on any Friction ONLY event. Can not be used on an event involving another party promoter. Credits cannot be used on summer pool party weekends as these tickets are much higher and more expensive to produce.
